Own storage (technical)
We do not use advertising cookies. We store the following technical data in your browser, which is needed for the website to work as you expect:

Analytics cookies
Only if you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to know how many people visit the website, which pages they see and where they come from, in aggregate and with the IP anonymised. It is not used for advertising or combined with other data. If you reject it or withdraw your consent, it does not load and we delete its cookies.

Third-party services
Some pages include content from other platforms that may set their own cookies. Videos only load if you accept in the notice shown on your first visit; if you reject, you will see the cover photo instead.
- YouTube (Google), in its privacy-enhanced mode, to play the property videos.
- TikTok, to play the property videos and those from Pablo’s profile.
- Vimeo or Instagram, if a property includes a video from those platforms.
- OpenStreetMap, to show location maps (it does not set cookies).

How to manage them
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block them, the website will keep working, although videos will not play and your preferences will not be remembered.
